Terms & Conditions
| 1. Please be sure that you are 100% certain of ordering from me before filling out this form. |
| 2. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. No refund of down payment will be issued and another 50% of the item/s’ required amount will be required. |
| 3. ITEMS are ALWAYS on pre-order unless stated otherwise. Please bear in mind that pre-order time is calculated differently from the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Typically, pre-ordered items take 1-3 weeks to arrive at the KR address. |
| 4. PAYMENT shall be settled WITHIN the given time frame. For Pay As Your Order (PAYO) orders, items shall be paid once the Order Confirmation (OC) has been sent. For items requiring DOWNPAYMENT (DP), the DP shall be settled once the OC has been sent and the balance on or before the stated deadline of payment (DOP). |
| 5. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are non-refundable unless the Group Order (GO) has been cancelled. After which, please rest assured that your payments will be refunded. |
| 6. LATE FEE will be 100 php per day. |
| 7. Combined Shipping will only be entertained for items with the same invoice code or are from the same box. |
| 8. Orders will only be allowed to stay at my address for a month. After which, the items will be sold to others without refund. |
| 9. Bogus Buyers and Joy Reservers will be posted. Tweets regarding these individuals will only be taken down once they have settled their obligations. |
| 10. I am in no way responsible for defects caused by the company such as but not limited to: incomplete inclusions, torn/lacking album pages, small dents, etc. |
| 11. Packaging Fee (pf) and Local Shipping Fee (lsf) will be collected once the items are in transit to my PH address. I will do my best to make my prices all in (except for lsf). However, in case this is not possible, I will collect the pf with the lsf. PF and LSF notices will be sent via email. |
| 12. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO RETURN/REFUND. Please take an unboxing video (with a top view) so that we can validate your concerns. |
| 13. ETA. Items are typically on Normal ETA (NETA) unless stated otherwise. Any delays caused by unforeseen events such as the weather, holidays etc. are out of my control. Updates will be regularly provided. |
| 14. Damages made by local couriers are also out of my control. I am also not responsible for any lost parcels. |
| 15. I have the right to decline transacting with rude and/or impatient customers. |
| 16. PASALO SLOTS are PROHIBITED. You may sell the item once it gets to you but to avoid confusion and any possible problem, I will only transact with you and ship your order to your address. |
| 17. RETURN POLICY. Only sealed and unused items are eligible for return. |
